Volunteer Global currently does not physically ship any merchandise.
If you choose to purchase a Travel Buddy account on Volunteer Global, an email will automatically be sent to the account you specified, with instructions on how to login to your new account. For more information on keeping your account safe, please refer to the Conditions of Use.
You are responsible for the updating and accuracy of your submitted content.
Return Policy
You may receive a full refund as long as you’ve registered your account within the past 30 days and you have the receipt sent to you by Volunteer Global when your payment was completed.
If you are outside the 30-day window, OR if you are within the 30-day window but do not have a copy of the receipt sent to you by Volunteer Global when your payment was completed, we cannot issue a refund.
To delete your account, login and follow the directions under “My Account.” If you are eligible for a refund, please email info@volunteerglobal.com with your username and a copy of the receipt sent to you by Volunteer Global when your account was created.
