Jatun Sacha

Introduction

The Jatun Sacha Foundation is a non-profit, non governmental organization based in Ecuador whose mission is the conservation of tropical forests. The Foundation has an extensive international volunteer program whereby interested individuals participate in conservation programs in 5 biological stations managed by the Foundation: Bilsa, Guandera, San Cristobal, Congal and Jatun Sacha.

Reforestation, Research, Environmental education, Organic agriculture Community service, Conservation projects, Agroforestry, Sustainable aquaculture, Climate change-carbon fixation.

Prerequisites

Fill tha application letter please contact at this email to get the application letter volunteer@jatunsacha.org. The volunteer who is under 18 years old need a conset(letter) for a minor from their parents.

Costs

Since $302.00 per 2 weeks in the continental stations and in San Cristóbal station around $512.00
