Types of Projects

Wildlife
Have you always wanted to come close to the majestic lion, work with exotic animals and be part of their upbringing? The Khaya Volunteer Wildlife Projects are focussed on working closely with for example lions, cheetah, jaguars, white lions, caracal, african wild cat, elephants and many other species. The wildlife volunteer projects are primarily focussed on your daily and frequent interaction with wildlife.

Childcare
The Khaya Volunteer Childcare Projects are focussed on everyday caring and helping children in need. Khaya works directly with these local projects and creates opportunities to help orphaned children in homes, orphanage or care centers. If you want to help children, care for them, laugh and cry with them these projects will give you the opportunity to be part of their family and give something back to those who need it most.
