To enhance knowledge and skills, promote exchange of information and best practices through Education, Mentorship, Trainings, Advocacy and Strategic Partnerships for Social Cultural and Economic Development.

PCE Foundation is a national grassroots focused NGO empowering the rural communities especially the girls, women and children through dynamic and simple programmes that directly involves and benefit them - rural communities,  currently operating in Tororo and Buteleja districts of Eastern Uganda.

Our Vision is to have empowered communities that can take charge of their own developments.

Slogan is to break the circle of poverty.

We involve and encourage Community participation. This approach has helped the community work together and “own” the achievements on the ground.

We welcome volunteers with various skills and expertise, we work with volunteers from across the globe, who implement short and long term projects in the rural community.

Since 2012 todate, we have had 16 volunteers from Australia, Europe and the United States volunteer with us.
